Confidential in Bristol is seeking a Commercial Sales Coordinator (Manufacturing) to provide critical support across contract management, order processing, customer management, and CRM activities. You will work with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal and Customer Service to manage commercial agreements and deliver excellent service throughout the order lifecycle.

The role will cover contract management, order management, and customer management, requiring strong communication and coordination

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial, sales support, order management or customer service environment.
• Experience using order entry systems or ERP/MRP platforms.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based business applications.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyse customer contracts to identify commercial, financial, operational, logistics, export and field service requirements.
• Support customer order processing and ensure order accuracy and timely responses.
• Provide proactive customer support throughout the order lifecycle and maintain strong relationships.
