Cytiva in Amersham/Cardiff is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to lead the IBP-driven demand plan for a designated Business Unit. You will forecast, review, and align commercial, product management, operations, and finance around a single plan to support service, inventory, and revenue goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, or related field.
3+ years in demand planning, supply planning, IBP/ S&OP or related roles.
Strong analytical skills with ERP/demand planning systems and advanced Excel and Power BI.
Experience in complex, global organizations with influencing stakeholders.
Familiarity with Lean, DBS, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Travel up to 10% globally.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end demand planning and forecasting for the assigned Business Unit.
Facilitate monthly cross-functional IBP process, coordinating stakeholders around a single plan.
Analyze forecast performance, bias, risks and opportunities; implement improvements.
Provide business insights and scenario modelling to support planning and strategy.
Act as primary demand planning partner, communicating risks and ensuring governance.
