Morgan Mckinley (Crawley) is seeking an experienced Senior S&OP / Demand Planning Manager to lead cross-functional planning efforts across regions. The role focuses on aligning demand, supply and operations with business priorities, translating forecasts into actionable plans and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in S&OP or Demand Planning, with a good working understanding of the other discipline.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage senior leaders.
• Able to influence without direct authority and drive decisions across the business.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and drive the S&OP Planning process, ensuring effective planning, governance and business alignment.
• Confidently present planning insights, risks, scenarios and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Build relationships across Sales, Operations, Production, Engineering and Finance to align priorities.
• Challenge assumptions, manage competing priorities and deliver difficult messages when required.
• Translate complex data into clear, commercially focused insights for decisions.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve forecast accuracy and planning.
• Support capacity planning, inventory management and customer delivery through planning and risk management.
• Continuously improve planning processes, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
