Job summary

Belkin is seeking a Head of Planning to lead the Demand and Supply Planning teams and drive the EMEA S&OP process from Hemel Hempstead. You will develop forecasts to support inventory targets, collaborate with Sales, PM, Finance, and Logistics, and ensure alignment across regions.

The role focuses on improving forecast accuracy, reducing obsolescence, and delivering service levels while managing NPIs and product transitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Planning Team to drive operational excellence and meet regional KPIs.
• Manage demand and supply planning for your product groups and oversee NPIs and transitions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Logistics to align forecasts and inventory plans.
• Analyze market trends and their impact on demand; adjust plans accordingly.
• Own EMEA S&OP process and ensure accurate demand signals and inventory targets.
• Mentor Planners to develop independence and decision-making capabilities.
