Job summary

Bank of America in Chester is seeking an ETS Risk, Process & Governance Controls Analyst (Corporate Up to Vice President). The role centers on coordinating risk, process, and governance activities with clear SLAs and escalation pathways.

You will manage dashboards, analyze risk reports, and drive remediation plans across ETS forums while ensuring documentation and governance governance are aligned with regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Audit, Risk, Compliance, Business Control or contact centre/end user support servicing environment.
• Knowledge of risk and issue management frameworks, IT service management and bank controls.
• Experience with process and control design and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end intake, coordination, and oversight of risk, process, and governance activities.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting for ETS forums; review risk reports and remediation plans.
• Ensure process documentation remains current and audit-ready; support regional governance alignment.
