Job summary

Bank of America Chester is seeking a Business Control Specialist to partner with Global Fixed Income, Currency & Commodities Operations and senior leaders. You will identify, quantify, prioritize, and mitigate risk while strengthening the control environment and supporting operational excellence.

The role focuses on trade controls, confirmations and settlements, and requires strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills to drive timely remediation and risk reporting.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication to influence risk-based decisions.
• Extensive people/stakeholder management across seniority levels.

Responsibilities

• Interact with GFICCO leadership to provide guidance on risk and remediation plans.
• Coordinate regulatory exams and audits for GFICCO processes and remediation findings.
• Develop and maintain Single Process Inventory (SPI) framework and ensure metric oversight.
• Collaborate with Audit, Compliance & Operational Risk on findings and themes.
• Ensure compliance with critical deadlines for risk identification, escalation and remediation.
