Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a Risk Manager to develop and maintain robust risk management frameworks across complex civil infrastructure projects, including nuclear environments. You will identify, assess and mitigate risks impacting cost, schedule, quality, and compliance, while aligning with regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Risk Manager within civil infrastructure or regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of risk management methodologies (ISO 31000, APM).
• Familiarity with project management frameworks (NEC, PPP).
• Excellent stakeholder communication of complex risk information.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of risk management strategies, plans, and procedures.
• Facilitate risk workshops, qualitative and quantitative assessments, and scenario modelling.
• Maintain risk registers and tracking through to resolution.
• Provide risk analysis and reporting to senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
• Support embedding risk awareness in daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with nuclear site licence conditions and ONR/NDA requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, safety and commercial teams to identify interdependencies.
• Advise on contingency planning, insurance, and contractual risk allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement of risk management processes and tools across the programme.
