Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a Cost Engineer to join our delivery team supporting major nuclear and infrastructure programmes. You will establish budgets, control costs and forecasts, manage change and risk budgets, and provide financial performance reporting to stakeholders.

This role offers flexible working arrangements and exposure to nationally significant projects, with development opportunities and robust cost governance.

Qualifications

• Extensive budgeting and cost control experience in complex projects.
• Knowledge of change control, risk, and contingency management.
• Experience with EVM reporting and cost forecasting.
• Understanding of contract management and commercial principles.
• HNC in Cost Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project baseline budgets and control accounts.
• Monitor accruals, commitments and resource forecasts.
• Administer cost change management processes.
• Produce internal and external cost reports including EVM.
• Support EAC and outturn cost reporting.
• Interface between project teams, finance and clients on cost matters.
