Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to lead risk identification, assessment and mitigation across a major nuclear programme in the North West. The role blends hands-on delivery of risk work with process improvement and stakeholder engagement, with on-site presence three days a week in West Burton.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management across the full project lifecycle.
• Ability to adjust risk strategies and communicate complex risk information clearly.
• Familiarity with ISO31000, APM, Orange Book, IPA; risk qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement client-tailored risk management processes.
• Facilitate risk workshops with SMEs.
• Create and maintain risk registers and risk data.
• Drive mitigation actions across projects and programmes.
• Support QRA for cost and schedule impacts.
• Produce risk reporting using PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Collaborate with project controls and supply chain on risk.
