Job summary

Anderson Knight is recruiting an HR Projects Partner to drive key people-focused initiatives across HR and reward. The role suits a reward specialist or a generalist HR professional with project experience and an interest in reward, systems and process improvement.

The successful candidate will own delivery of multiple projects, coordinate stakeholders across HR, Finance and external partners, and ensure successful implementation within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• HR generalist or reward background with project delivery experience.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with data and producing reports/insights.
• Experience in reward, compensation, benefits, payroll or HR operations is a plus.
• Understanding of employment legislation and pay transparency principles is desirable.
• Proactive, solutions-focused with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a portfolio of HR and reward-related projects.
• Drive pay transparency initiatives in line with legislation and internal frameworks.
• Support transitions to payrolling of benefits in kind with Payroll and external providers.
• Coordinate digitisation and administration of a long-term incentive plan.
• Monitor milestones, risks and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Support annual salary reviews and compensation processes.
• Assist with reward data analysis, reporting and project documentation.
• Review and improve HR processes for compliance and efficiency.
• Act as a point of contact across HR, Finance and external partners.
