Job summary

Ideagen is seeking a Director of RevTech & GTM Systems to own the commercial systems landscape, shaping how sales, marketing and customer teams operate at scale. The role sits in Revenue Ops and drives smarter decisions, performance, and sustainable growth.

Reporting to leadership, you will lead the evolution of the GTM tech stack, improve data quality and embed AI-enabled tools to boost productivity and pipeline generation while managing vendor relations and multi-geography implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience across RevTech, Revenue Operations or GTM Systems within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to translate commercial priorities into scalable system solutions.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Owning the GTM systems roadmap, ensuring core platforms (Salesforce and tooling) are aligned to priorities and scalable.
• Driving system optimisation, reducing duplication and improving user experience across the commercial organisation.
• Leading cross-functional delivery with Revenue Ops, IT, Sales, Marketing and Finance to translate needs into system solutions.
• Improving data integrity and insight to support confident decision-making.
• Supporting AI and automation adoption to improve productivity and forecast accuracy.
• Managing vendors and spend, contributing to procurement decisions and ensuring value from tech investments.
• Owning enterprise-scale implementation programmes across multiple functions and geographies.
• Managing technology investments and budgets with a balance of commercial priorities and ROI.
• Enabling M&A integration by onboarding acquired businesses into GTM systems efficiently.
• Leading and developing a high-performing team with a commercially focused mindset.
