Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Revenue Manager in Leeds to lead the rooms revenue strategy, optimize pricing, and drive profitability across our property portfolio. You will report to senior leadership and work to maximise occupancy and revenue while coordinating with the Dalata group on shared strategies.

The role requires at least 2 years in revenue management within hospitality, strong business development skills, and proficiency with OPERA or similar systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in reservations or revenue management within hospitality.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong business development and creative revenue generation skills.
• Proficient in OPERA or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a forward-thinking rooms strategy for the hotel.
• Manage the rates strategy to ensure competitiveness and profitability; achieve monthly budgets.
• Collaborate with hotels within the Dalata group to leverage group revenue strategies.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams.
