Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Revenue Manager in Leeds to lead the rooms revenue strategy, optimize pricing, and drive profitability across our property portfolio. You will report to senior leadership and work to maximise occupancy and revenue while coordinating with the Dalata group on shared strategies.

The role requires at least 2 years in revenue management within hospitality, strong business development skills, and proficiency with OPERA or similar systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in reservations or revenue management within hospitality.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong business development and creative revenue generation skills.
• Proficient in OPERA or similar systems.

Reporting directly to the General Manager and Group Revenue Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our revenue strategy, maximizing rooms revenue, and supporting M&E and F&B revenue growth.

Your Responsibilities:

What You Will Need

• At least 2 years experience as a Reservation/Revenue Manager in the hospitality industry.
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong business development skills and a creative approach to revenue generation.
• Proficient in the OPERA system (or similar).
