Job summary

Buckinghamshire Council is seeking a Resourcing Lead through Pertemps to join the HR & OD team on a temporary 3‑month contract with potential for permanency. The role is hybrid and based in Buckinghamshire, with an immediate start and a 37-hour week.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns, provide expert guidance to hiring managers, and drive workforce planning, market mapping and continuous improvement across recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Significant recruitment experience within a large or complex organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
• Knowledge of recruitment legislation, policy and best practice.
• Experience of talent attraction, market mapping and candidate engagement.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive and solution-focused approach.
• Experience within the public sector and knowledge of systems such as Service Now and Talent Link would be advantageous.
