You will coordinate onboarding, forecast labour requirements, and monitor utilisation in a fast-paced, high-hazard environment. You will ensure teams have the right competencies and authorisations, support recruitment, and produce regular workforce metrics for senior management, while upholding safety and

Qualifications

• Significant experience in construction resource planning or operations management.
• Experience in petrochemical, oil & gas, refinery, energy, or other major industrial construction sectors.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, mobilisation and subcontractor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, mobilisation, and allocation of construction resources across multiple projects and disciplines.
• Develop and maintain workforce plans to meet current and future project demands.
• Coordinate onboarding, induction, and deployment of direct employees and subcontractor personnel.
• Forecast labour requirements with project delivery teams and respond to changing priorities.
• Monitor resource utilisation, productivity, and performance to improve efficiency.
• Ensure personnel hold the required competencies, certifications, and site authorisations.
• Support recruitment and maintain relationships with labour providers and subcontractors.
• Produce resource reports, forecasts, and workforce metrics for senior management.
• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.
