Job summary

Toyota Material Handling UK is seeking a commercially minded Rental & Used Controller to join the Rental and Used team. The role focuses on delivering accurate financial reporting and meaningful analysis to drive performance and continuous improvement across the division.

You will work with the Rental and Used Management Team to provide insights into financial performance, monitor key indicators and support strategic commercial decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong financial reporting and analysis skills, with ability to translate data into business insights.
• Experience with management accounts, forecasting, budgets and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate monthly accounts, commentary and balance sheet information.
• Support audit requirements with timely information.
• Prepare financial forecasts and assist profit planning.
• Develop, monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide commercial reporting and financial advice to business leaders.
• Monitor divisional performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Control and report on Rental and Used divisional spend.
• Assist in creating performance targets and budgets, including calculations.
