Toyota Material Handling UK is seeking a commercially minded Rental & Used Controller to join our Rental and Used team. You’ll provide accurate financial reporting and insightful analysis to drive performance and continuous improvement.

Working with the Rental and Used Management Team, you’ll develop forecasts, monitor KPIs and support commercial decision-making across the division. Strong analytical skills and clear communication are essential.

• Producing accurate monthly accounts, commentary and balance sheet information.

• Providing commercial reporting, performance monitoring and financial advice to business leaders.

We’re looking for a commercially minded Rental & Used Controller to join our Rental and Used team.

This is a key role supporting the Rental and Used business, providing accurate financial and commercial reporting alongside meaningful analysis to help drive performance and continuous improvement.

Working closely with the Rental and Used Management Team, you’ll provide insight into financial performance, monitor key indicators and support effective commercial decision-making across the division.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Driving continuous improvement in the quality and efficiency of reporting.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong financial knowledge with a commercial mindset and can turn financial information into meaningful insight for the wider business.

You’ll be comfortable working with detailed financial information while maintaining a clear view of the bigger commercial picture. Accuracy, organisation and the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders will be important in this role.
