Job summary

HSBC Group is seeking a proactive Relationship Manager to provide dedicated management for a portfolio of customers within Business Banking. The role involves sales, service, risk and operational delivery across internal and external stakeholders.

The base location is St Albans with regular travel for meetings, and a hybrid working model is anticipated. You will broaden client relationships, identify opportunities for portfolio expansion, and deliver needs-based solutions leveraging HSBC's

Qualifications

Experience in Business/Corporate Banking or Financial Services.
Relationship or client management experience.
Proven track record in business development and account expansion.
Commercial lending skills and experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to convey information clearly.
Understanding of risk management and regulatory responsibilities.
Valid driving licence for face-to-face meetings in St Albans area.

Responsibilities

Grow the business sustainably by identifying opportunities to expand the portfolio.
Drive revenue growth through needs-based solutions and HSBC's network.
Manage stakeholders and coordinate with Sales, Product, Risk & Compliance.
Deliver end-to-end client solutions and ensure high-quality service and delivery.
Maintain proactive client coverage and conduct credit risk assessments.
