Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships within a corporate banking or wider corporate business environment.
• Business development and networking experience, including generating new client opportunities and building introducer relationships.
• Negotiation and influencing skills to deliver positive client and business outcomes.
• Knowledge of risk policies and regulatory considerations in corporate banking.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Mid Corporate clients, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and increase share of wallet.
• Collaborate with product partners to deliver integrated client solutions and sustainable growth.
• Contribute to new client acquisition by developing a network across the South Wales business community.
