BNY in London is seeking a Relationship Associate to join our Global Payments and Trade team. You will support relationship management across a portfolio of clients, learning to align treasury solutions with client goals and identifying opportunities for growth.

This role offers exposure to cross-functional teams, regular client interactions, and a path to develop subject matter expertise in relationship profitability and regulatory awareness within a large international bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
• A number of years of total work experience preferred.
• Financial Services experience with a particular client type or product (Hedge, Pension, etc.) preferred; prior experience in Relationship Management, Client Services or Account Management is also preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships and support development and execution of strategic plans for client portfolios.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, revenue retention and broader client engagement.
• Coordinate with senior Relationship Managers on larger or more complex relationships to build knowledge.
• Advocate for clients by coordinating issue resolution and supporting client satisfaction.
• Help craft client strategy discussions and understand service needs and priorities.
• Present firm services and product capabilities to clients to support growth.
