Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for the EMEA region, based in London. You will bridge customers, commercial and product teams to define positioning, support launches, and drive go-to-market strategies across sales, marketing and pricing.

You’ll leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to test hypotheses and deliver a consistent customer experience across channels. Collaboration with global and regional teams is essential to drive impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing or product strategy at a fast growing tech company.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience working with regional commercial and marketing teams to launch go-to-market campaigns that grow product adoption and usage.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills - articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Self-starter who can identify and prioritize opportunities and dive deep into problems.
• Track record of collaborating across cross-functional teams – with sales, operations, design, marketing, product and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customers, needs, competitors and Airwallex’s edge to shape value proposition.
• Define, test and refine global product positioning, messaging and value proposition with product, sales and marketing teams.
• Plan and drive a go-to-market strategy across sales, marketing, pricing and operations for new features and products.
• Deliver end-to-end customer experience across touchpoints - website, emails, content, decks and more.
