Network Talent is recruiting for a Regional Account Manager in the sporting goods sector. You will own a large UK territory, combining home working with regular face-to-face visits to independent retailers, leisure centres and B2B customers.

The role focuses on building relationships, upselling the full product portfolio and expanding the regional customer base while hitting targets and budgets.

Qualificações

• Proven B2B field sales experience.
• Experience selling physical products to business customers.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Based near WD/HA/UB/NW/W/IG/EN/SE postcodes.
• Comfortable managing a large portfolio independently.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of a designated customer territory, conducting regular visits and maintaining call reports.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with independent retailers, leisure centres and other B2B customers.
• Maximise revenue across existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling of the full product portfolio.
• Present new product ranges to customers and secure new orders.
• Provide visual merchandising support across the account base, including delivering merchandising guidance.
• Manage a portfolio of approximately 140 accounts while prioritising activity against opportunities.
• Work towards agreed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and budgets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the territory, winning new customers and expanding the regional base.
