Job summary

BT Group is seeking a property and workplace leader to shape the regional office estate in line with BT Property strategy across the UK. You will manage lifecycle activities, deliver refurbishments, relocations and fit-outs, and partner with stakeholders to align with business objectives.

You will use data and occupancy trends to inform long-range estate planning, drive efficiency, and foster a modern, engaging workplace across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior leaders and occupiers.
• Proven project management experience across multiple concurrent property/workplace projects.
• Experience leading workplace change, moves, fit-out or estate transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate diverse property and workplace projects across the regional office estate.
• Partner with stakeholders and suppliers to deliver workplace solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Provide strategic advice on workplace, property and estate planning activities.
• Manage property lifecycle activities and optimise office space utilisation.
• Use occupancy data to support decision-making and long-term estate planning.
• Drive delivery of workplace initiatives reflecting best practice and trends.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and deliver financial benefits.
• Build strong relationships and ensure effective communication for project delivery.
• Coordinate multiple projects, manage risks, dependencies and timelines.
• Contribute to development of workplace design standards for modern environments.
