Job summary

Boden Group is seeking a Senior Property & Workplace Manager to lead the regional CRE and workplace strategy across Manchester, Leeds, and other Northern UK sites for a fast-growing technology business.

You will manage leases, rent reviews, breaks, acquisitions and disposals, lead a six-strong team, work with legal and construction partners, apply IFRS 16, and align commercial priorities with workplace needs.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial lease and CRE transaction experience.
• Knowledge of landlord and tenant matters.
• Experience across acquisitions, disposals, re-gears, rent reviews and breaks.
• Understanding of IFRS 16.
• Experience leading and developing a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease events, renewals, rent reviews, breaks, exits and disposals.
• Support searches, acquisitions and new office openings.
• Manage full CRE transaction lifecycle (LOIs, Agreements for Lease, lease docs).
• Collaborate with legal, property and construction consultants.
• Support construction procurement, tendering and contractor appointments.
• Lead workplace strategy and portfolio performance.
• Balance commercial priorities with workplace needs.
• Oversee suppliers and facility management without micromanagement.
