Job summary

Bolton Council is seeking an experienced Estate Operations Manager to lead the estates and property management team responsible for the corporate and commercial investment estate. You will drive strategy and optimise the value of the property portfolio.

You will manage tenant relationships, leases and rental income, and work with Corporate Property Services’ Senior Leadership Team to deliver improvements. A degree-level qualification (MRICS or equivalent) and a full clean driving licence are

• Degree-level education or equivalent in Estates Management.
• MRICS or comparable accreditation.
• Local Government/public sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Estates Management team responsible for corporate and commercial investment estate.
• Oversee tenant management and rental income, leases and licenses.
• Develop and implement estate management strategies to optimise portfolio value.
