This is a senior, commercially focused role with influence across the regional business, collaborating with MD, Commercial, Production, Sales and Land teams. Kent-based with a high-profile leadership position and bonus package.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior finance roles with strong business partnering
• Proven ability to challenge budgets and drive financial performance
• Leadership of regional finance teams and commercial finance functions

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional finance function and team
• Partner with the MD on strategy, performance and decisions
• Oversee land acquisitions, developments and related financials
• Challenge budgets, forecasts, CVRs, costs and cash flow
• Identify commercial opportunities and mitigations
• Drive robust controls, governance and reporting
• Support optimisation of landbank and site performance
• Provide financial insight to regional/divisional leadership
