Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional finance function with robust controls, reporting, compliance and governance.
• Deliver management accounts, forecasting, budgeting and long-term planning.
• Partner with the leadership team to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
• Provide financial analysis and challenge to support land acquisitions, development appraisals and investments.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and forecasting to optimise performance.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team and promote continuous improvement.
• Support strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis.
