Qualifications

• Experience delivering experienced hire recruitment across regions.
• Ability to advise leaders and translate business needs into hiring plans.
• Proven track record building diverse and inclusive pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to Operations Leaders on growth forecasting and recruitment strategies.
• Manage RPO vendor relationships and ensure service levels meet SLAs.
• Provide strategic direction to vendor managers and prioritize activity.
• Develop partnerships with HR and business units to improve hiring processes.
• Produce dashboards and insights to inform hiring decisions and tactics.
• Support local events and employer branding to attract talent.
• Act as escalation point for Glasgow Experienced Hire team.
