Job summary

6ZWPF CARLYLE INTERNATIONAL is seeking a seasoned Recruiter to drive full-life cycle recruitment across EMEA and Japan. You will partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to design multi-layered staffing strategies, leverage ATS and AI tools, and manage offers and onboarding.

You will source, screen, interview, and assess candidates, ensuring inclusive language and strong hiring recs. A strong background in financial services is a plus, with emphasis on compliance and global mobility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or HR discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple regions.
• Experience sourcing hard-to-fill roles via diverse channels and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across EMEA and Japan, aligning with business strategy.
• Draft inclusive job descriptions and manage candidate lifecycle from sourcing to offers.
• Oversee ATS use, visa processes, and UK LLP hiring requirements in compliance with Home Office rules.
• Coach hiring managers, report progress, and build a diverse candidate pipeline.
• Support salary benchmarking, market analyses, and recruitment process improvements.
