Job summary

Moody's Corporation in Manchester is seeking a senior recruiter to deliver full lifecycle recruitment for Sales and Marketing across the EMEA region, partnering with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent efficiently and effectively.

You will leverage active and passive sourcing, assess candidate fit, and provide market insights to guide hiring decisions, while upholding Moody's standards for integrity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in-house/RPO/agency environments
• Proven experience recruiting Sales and Marketing talent; experience in financial services, software, SaaS, data, risk insights or professional services is advantageous
• Build and manage trusted relationships with senior hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple EMEA markets, owning end-to-end recruitment
• Strong knowledge of best practice recruitment, selection policies, and employment regulations from sourcing through offer stage
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience
• Experience working with recruitment KPIs and metrics to advise the business and guide hiring decisions
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices

Responsibilities

• Deliver full lifecycle recruiting services for Sales and Marketing across the EMEA region
• Develop understanding of hiring needs, commercial objectives, role requirements, and market dynamics
• Attract and recruit top Sales and Marketing candidates using active and passive sourcing
• Partner with hiring managers across multiple EMEA markets to manage end-to-end recruitment
• Review CVs and profiles to evaluate suitability
• Conduct detailed interviews assessing competencies and fit
• Advise on recruitment methods, market conditions and changes in employment laws
• Contribute to EMEA recruitment strategy aligned with People team goals
