Job summary

Pertemps Bond in the United Kingdom is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to build enduring relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues, guiding them through the end-to-end recruitment cycle with expert advice and compliance.

You will develop inclusive talent strategies, meet forecasted targets, and support service delivery across permanent and contingent roles, while upholding ethical standards and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Understand the principles of the recruitment and selection processes.
• Understand agreed job-related minimum performance standards, KPI’s and how they will be assessed and measured.
• Understand employee rights and responsibilities including equality, diversity, and inclusion.
• Good written and verbal command of English language.
• Demonstrate the ability to successfully manage relationships across all levels.
• Experience of a customer facing role.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed forecasted individual, branch, and client financial, SLA and KPI targets through innovative and proactive service delivery to clients and candidates.
• Match clients and candidates’ suitability for roles to successfully meet their requirements.
• Develop and maintain enduring inclusive client, candidate, and colleague relationships.
• Complete relevant quality processes and checks to ensure all ethical and legal compliance is adhered to.
