Job summary

Police Scotland is seeking a Recruitment Communications Lead to bridge Corporate Communications and HR/Recruitment, designing and evaluating evidence-based multi-channel campaigns to attract top talent for priority and high-volume roles.

You will work across Jackton and Dalmarnock, manage budgets, and shape the EVP while traveling across divisions as needed. This is a full-time role with a 35-hour week in Scotland.

Qualifications

• Degree in a Communications-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in recruitment marketing and strategy implementation.

Responsibilities
