Responsibilities

• Develop and execute evidence-based recruitment marketing campaigns across multi-channel platforms.
• Lead and evaluate EVP and employer branding for Police Scotland.
• Manage recruitment marketing budgets and agency partnerships with strict compliance.
• Coordinate with Corporate Communications and HR/Recruitment to align priorities.
• Provide data-driven insights and ROI reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Support stakeholder engagement and guide senior leaders on recruitment marketing trends.
