Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Reading is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager on a 12‑month fixed term basis. You will lead two Recruitment Team Leaders and the recruitment administration team to deliver a high‑quality, compliant service, improving processes and candidate experience.

Hybrid working with four days in Reading, plus occasional travel to other Berkshire Healthcare sites. You will drive recruitment projects, use data to improve outcomes, and support onboarding

• Partner with managers and HR colleagues to support successful hiring.
• Drive recruitment improvement projects and service innovation.

• Ensure an excellent onboarding experience for new starters.
• Develop recruitment solutions that help attract and retain talented people across the Trust.
• Provide expert recruitment advice, training and support to managers.
