South Staffordshire Group is recruiting a Recruitment Advisor on a 12-month FTC to partner with hiring managers, shaping recruitment across multiple functions. You will run end-to-end campaigns, advise on market trends, and drive inclusive hiring while maintaining employee experience and data reporting.

The role sits in a busy in-house resourcing team, offering opportunities to influence talent planning and stakeholder relationships across the Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-house or agency recruitment managing vacancies end-to-end.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing hiring managers.
• Ability to challenge and provide expert recruitment advice.
• Commercial awareness and translating business drivers into recruitment solutions.
• Proficient in analysing recruitment data and providing insights.
• Consultative approach with stakeholder relationship focus.
• Excellent organisational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and candidate experience.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tech.
• Strong IT skills: Excel, Teams, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices, compliance and inclusive hiring.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand priorities and future hiring needs.
• Offer market insight and recruitment best practices to stakeholders.
• Lead vacancy briefing sessions to shape role requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns across functions and levels.
• Develop tailored recruitment strategies for different business areas.
• Create engaging job adverts and sourcing plans to attract diverse talent.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and selection processes.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing, candidate assessment and decisions.
• Use recruitment data and market intelligence to identify trends and provide recommendations.
• Support workforce and succession planning initiatives where required.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
• Collaborate with People Team on broader people initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and recruitment governance.
