Job summary

Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team, delivering timely and high-quality recruitment services across the Trust.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, manage competing priorities and drive improvements while adhering to NHS recruitment standards and equality commitments; experience with Trac and NHS systems is desirable.

  • Experience in a recruitment function and understanding of processes used.

Previous Experience

  • Experience of managing and leading a team and ensuring that deadlines and key performance indicators are met.

  • Previous experience of working in a recruitment function, and therefore an ability to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the processes used.
Desirable criteria
  • Previous NHS recruitment experience
