Job summary

Crown Homes Real Estate is seeking a Strategic Growth Coordinator to support recruitment and expansion efforts. You will be the first point of contact for prospective agents, initiating outreach, scheduling recruitment meetings, and handling administrative tasks to drive engagement with candidates.

You will work closely with the Director of Growth to ensure a smooth recruitment process and contribute to the company’s ongoing growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales, recruiting, or business development role is preferred.
• Real estate experience preferred.
• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with professionals at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement & Outreach: Conduct initial calls with potential real estate agents to assess interest and qualifications.
• Proactively generate growth opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation.
• Cold-call, text, and email prospective candidates in assigned markets to develop a robust talent pipeline.
• Articulate the Crown Homes value proposition and effectively handle objections to create qualified recruitment opportunities.
