Job summary

Crown Homes Real Estate is seeking a Strategic Growth Coordinator to join our Growth team. This hybrid role is based in the Delaware/Southern Pennsylvania area, with an office in Hockessin, DE, and will serve as the first point of contact for prospective agents, handling outreach and onboarding processes.

The position is a 1099 independent contractor, offering total compensation between $48,000 and $85,000 annually, with no benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales, recruiting, or business development role is preferred.
• Real estate experience preferred.
• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with professionals at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement & Outreach: conduct initial calls with potential real estate agents to assess interest and qualifications.
• Proactively generate growth opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation.
• Cold-call, text, and email prospective candidates to develop a robust talent pipeline.
• Articulate the Crown Homes value proposition and handle objections to create qualified recruitment opportunities.
