Qualifications

• Wide experience in Civil Engineering.
• CSCS Card required.
• Experience with NEC3 or NEC4 Option B is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on commercial and financial aspects of projects.
• Submit external valuations in accordance with contract conditions.
• Administer contract and subcontract conditions.

Skills

Knowledge of NEC3 or NEC4 Options B, A, C, and D

Ability to use Microsoft Office and bespoke software

Exceptional relationship building skills

Self-motivated and proactive

Negotiation skills

Good organisational skills

Highly numerate

Education

Degree in Building Surveying or HND/HNC equivalent

RICS Membership (desirable)
