Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years relevant experience within same role, or similar within the civil engineering sector.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, with a can do attitude without compromising safety and/or compliance.
• Knowledge of Commercial Contracts.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains relationships with Senior Commercial/Operations Managers.
• Assists with financial matters related to specific contracts.
• Produces reports and applications for payment within deadlines.
• Manages sub-contractor approvals and payments.
• Completes regular cost/value reconciliations (CVRs) and reports on profitability.
• Advises on legal issues arising during the project.
