Job summary

Wellcome Genome Campus is seeking a Head of QHSE to provide strategic leadership across quality, health, safety and environmental management, supporting the operation, growth and transformation of WGCL. Reporting to the Estates Director, the role will oversee governance, compliance, risk management and business continuity as the campus grows.

A NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and Chartered IOSH status are essential or progress towards it, with an environmental management qualification highly

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead quality, health, safety and environmental management at scale.
• Experience implementing governance, compliance and risk frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with senior leadership.
