Job summary

The Wellcome Genome Campus is seeking a Head of QHSE to provide strategic leadership across quality, health, safety and environmental management for WGCL, supporting ongoing growth and transformation of the campus.

This senior role requires a proven track record in complex estates or infrastructure settings, with NEBOSH Diploma and Chartered IOSH status (or progress toward it) being essential. An Environmental Management or Sustainability qualification is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Senior QHSE leadership experience in complex estates or infrastructure environments.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and Chartered IOSH status are essential; environmental qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for quality, health, safety and environmental management across WGCL.
• Oversee governance, compliance, risk management and business continuity.
