Job summary

The Wellcome Genome Campus Ltd (WGCL) seeks an exceptional Head of QHSE to provide strategic leadership across quality, health, safety and environmental management, supporting the operation and ambitious expansion of the campus.

The role requires a NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and Chartered IOSH status (or progress towards it), with proven governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement experience to influence senior leadership and ensure safe, sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Must have NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and Chartered IOSH status or be progressing towards it.
• Experience developing and implementing QHSE strategies, governance frameworks and management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for quality, health, safety and environmental management across WGCL.
• Oversee governance, compliance, risk management and business continuity across the campus expansion program.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders to ensure safe, sustainable growth.
