Job summary

HP is seeking a Pursuit Engagement Lead in the United Kingdom to drive customer-facing sales on qualified opportunities and govern pursuit cycles from qualification to closure. The role acts as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, coordinating across teams to deliver compelling, competitive outcomes.

The position requires strong experience in consultative sales within IT services, plus the ability to write SOWs, negotiate terms, and manage transitions from pursuit to delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in consultative sales, IT services, solution sales, or pursuit management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex sales pursuits.
• Familiarity with contractual sales, SOW writing, and legal/financial principles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outcome-based sales strategies focused on process automation and work flow.
• Qualify deals for pursuit resources and develop partnerships with business executives to position HP as the preferred vendor.
• Lead bid teams covering assessment, RFP response, pricing, SOW, MSA, delivery and operations requirements.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred
