Bosch Rexroth UK is seeking an experienced procurement leader to rebuild and head the direct purchasing function across the UK, with a focus on strategic supplier management for Industrial Power Units and Manifolds. You will shape the team, define strategy, and drive improvements in cost, quality and delivery.

The role requires a proactive leader who can establish rigorous processes, foster collaboration with Engineering, Production, and Quality, and deliver tangible business impact.

• Proven senior purchasing or materials management experience.
• Experience leading a team.
• Strong stakeholder management.
• Experience in manufacturing environment.

Mansioni

• Provide full functional and disciplinary leadership for direct purchasing and logistics personnel in the UK.
• Lead annual supplier assessments and negotiate terms to ensure cost efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Develop strategic supplier base, identify local suppliers, and establish supply agreements with favorable terms.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, RFQs, and supplier performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company guidelines across purchasing and logistics.
