You will drive end-to-end procurement, planning, supplier management, and P2P processes, working with multi-functional teams to deliver operational excellence.

The role involves leading teams, improving processes, and supporting S&OP with purchasing insights and risk analysis. Hybrid working is available in this pivotal leadership position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading purchasing and planning operations in a complex supply chain.
• Strong understanding of Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes and procurement best practices.
• Experience coaching and developing teams and driving performance.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret supply chain data and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Purchasing Supervisors, Purchasing Teams, and Planning Teams.
• Oversee end-to-end purchasing operations including PO management and urgent orders.
• Act as deputy to Senior Supply Chain Manager and support leadership across SCM functions.
• Support planning across local production sites and outsourced facilities.
• Govern P2P governance ensuring compliance, efficiency and data accuracy.
• Provide insights for S&OP, supply risk analysis and performance reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives across supply chain.
