Qualifications

• Proven senior client-facing leadership experience in consulting, account management or business development.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in revenue, margin and forecasting.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies to strengthen client relationships and deliver revenue growth.
• Establish trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and advise on commercial value.
• Identify and develop new opportunities, translating priorities into commercial propositions.
• Own account financial performance including order intake, revenue, margin, and pipeline forecasting.
• Lead cross-functional teams to create differentiated solutions for client challenges.
• Monitor market developments and competitive activity to strengthen CGI's position.
• Lead opportunity development, capture strategies, negotiations and awards.
• Coach and support CGI Partners for high-performing teamwork and client outcomes.
• Drive client engagement, feedback and continuous improvement to enhance satisfaction.
• Represent CGI at client and industry engagements, promoting capabilities and delivery excellence.
