Job summary

AQA in Guildford and London is seeking a Customer Propositions Lead to shape how qualifications, services and support are positioned to teachers and schools across England, helping millions of learners understand the value we bring.

You will own propositions end-to-end, translate complex information into clear narratives and dashboards, influence senior stakeholders across product, assessment and marketing, and work in a hybrid pattern with two days in the office.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have strategic marketing experience.
• Experience owning propositions end-to-end.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with FE and post-16 landscape is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, compelling customer propositions grounded in market insight and behavioural understanding.
• Translate complex information into ideas and narratives that resonate and stick.
• Own the strategic roadmap for qualification areas and influence priorities.
• Confidently challenging assumptions and shaping thinking at a senior level.
