Job summary

Partnur Limited is seeking a Property Director to lead the property, estates and facilities strategy across a healthcare group with multi-site operations. You will oversee asset lifecycles, budgets and major capital projects to ensure seamless service delivery.

The role is remote with travel across UK sites. You will manage teams, drive continuous improvement and report to senior stakeholders on risk, continuity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as Property/Estates Director or in a similar senior role within a complex, multi-site organisation.
• Strong knowledge of property management, estates compliance and relevant regulations.
• Experience managing significant budgets, capital programmes and supplier contracts.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Healthcare sector experience would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the property, estates and facilities strategy across a multi-site healthcare organisation.
• Oversee portfolio performance, maintenance, asset lifecycle planning and utilisation.
• Manage property, facilities and capital budgets, including forecasting and investment appraisal.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare, health and safety, fire, environmental and statutory requirements.
• Oversee major capital, refurbishment and development projects with minimal disruption.
• Lead and develop the property and estates team to drive service quality.
• Manage outsourced providers, consultants and contractors for value and performance.
• Advise senior stakeholders and oversee property risks and business continuity.
