Job summary

North London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead estate asset management across a portfolio of 40 sites. You will handle lease negotiations, renewals and rent reviews, while managing service charges and valuations to inform strategic property plans.

The role requires strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work with landlords, tenants, agents and advisers to protect the Trust's property interests.
